Spoonflower

After Spreadshirt, and Zazzle, and Cafepress with all their numerous and varied products just sitting ready for customization, we move on to a store with only two: Fabric and wallpaper. Once upon a time they had gift wrap, too, but that's gone now. They say you can wrap presents with the wallpaper, though. If that's true then I guess it's more versatile than Zazzle's gift wrap, since I'm not sure how well that would work for decorating your walls.

Speaking of Zazzle, I started my store on Spoonflower they were the only place that sold fabric and I'd already built up quite a library on my store there when Zazzle started a year or two later. I haven't moved all my designs over yet, but all my new designs start there, now. Spoonflower requires that I purchase a sampler of all the designs before I make them available and it's just not financially viable to me to do that one at a time, so I have to let them build up until I've got about 30 but I can throw them up on Zazzle right away sell them right away. I've ordered samples from both and, honestly, I can't tell any difference in quality between them. If you see something you like in either place, feel free to grab it.

Up until now the design has been entirely two dimensional, but it's time to journey into the third with 3d printing on Shapeways.
